How did it all begin?
Mrs and Mr Gradecki come from families with cross-generational merchant traditions, and that provides a solid basis for their business success. They started working together as early as the 1980s, dealing in imports and trade. During the Polish transformation period, they realised their business ambitions by opening a cosmetics wholesale business, then cash&carry shops, EKO supermarkets, Rabat Detal convenience stores, Polska Grupa Drogeryjna and Jasmin drugstores.
These ventures provided the foundation for their current achievements. Success of the Gradeckis is based on family values – honesty, diligence and forward-looking management. Each of their four children is actively involved in the development of the family estate, contributing to the joint wealth.

Brzeźno Palace – a unique place
Brzeźno Palace is the Gradecki family’s dream come true of a place that combines historical charm with modern elegance. The excellently restored historic building now serves as a hotel that offers spaces where beauty of the past harmonises with the comfort of the present. Guests can enjoy delicious meals prepared with local, natural ingredients, enriched with herbs from the palace garden, craft beer and natural lemonade. Distribution business of the Gradecki family
The Gradecki family started their distribution business in 1991 by setting up a cosmetics wholesaler. Thanks to the accumulation of capital, the company grew rapidly, which led to the establishment of Polska Grupa Drogeryjna (PGD Polska), a leader in the distribution of cosmetics and cleaning supplies in Poland.

Family passion for sport
Sport is not only a hobby, but also a key part of the Gradecki family’s lifestyle. Krzysztof is an avid football and golf fan, Marzena is experienced in archery. Their children, Mateusz and Dominika, have been successful in golf, while Karolina won the Polish women’s football championship serving as captain for the team.

Hole in one
Gradi Golf Club is one of the Gradecki family’s flagship projects. Situated in a picturesque area near Wrocław, this championship golf club serves as a great venue for enthusiasts of the sport, offering them the tranquillity and charm of natural surroundings. Initially created for private use, the golf course was later expanded and transformed into a full-scale facility in the immediate vicinity of Brzeźno Palace.
