They started working together as early as the 1980s, dealing in imports and trade. During the Polish transformation period, they realised their business ambitions by opening a cosmetics wholesale business, then cash&amp;carry shops, EKO supermarkets, Rabat Detal convenience stores, Polska Grupa Drogeryjna and Jasmin drugstores.<\/p>\n<p>These ventures provided the foundation for their current achievements. Success of the Gradeckis is based on family values \u2013 honesty, diligence and forward-looking management.
